Follow these steps immediately if you are separated from your child.
Stay calm and stay put
Remain where you last saw your child. They may return to the same spot.
Alert nearby security
Find the nearest security staff member (wearing yellow vests) or visit any info booth.
Provide a description
Tell security your child's name, age, physical description, and what they were wearing.
Security initiates search
All security stations will be alerted. Perimeter teams will secure exit points.
Reunification at Info Booth
Once found, your child will be brought to the main Info Booth for safe reunification.
Report Lost Child
Alert Submitted
Security has been notified. Please stay at your current location.
QR Wristband Generator
Print a QR wristband before you arrive. If your child is found, security can scan it to contact you instantly.

Rain Policy
The Shipyards Night Market operates rain or shine. Most vendor booths and food trucks are covered. We recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket. In the event of a severe storm warning (thunderstorm, high winds), the market may close early for safety. Announcements will be made on-site and via our social media channels.

During hot weather, stay hydrated. Free water stations are located near the First Aid tent and Info Booth. Shaded rest areas are available along the waterfront promenade. Sunscreen is recommended. If you feel dizzy or unwell, visit the First Aid tent immediately.

Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that the market is cancelled due to extreme weather or safety concerns, an announcement will be posted on our website, Instagram, and Facebook by 12 PM on event day. The market is free admission, so no refunds are applicable. Vendor and food truck operators will be notified directly.

Wheelchair Access
The entire market grounds are paved and wheelchair accessible. Accessible restrooms are located near the Info Booth. Reserved viewing areas are available near the Main Stage.
Sensory-Friendly Zones
Quiet rest areas are available along the east waterfront promenade, away from the main stage. Noise-reducing earplugs are available free at the Info Booth.
Service Animals
Certified service animals are welcome throughout the market. Water bowls are available at the Info Booth. Please keep pets leashed and be considerate of service animal teams.
